We are delighted to celebrate the exceptional achievements of our Wiltshire athletes at the South West Schools Track and Field Championships. With the boys’ team winning first place, the girls securing second, and the full team finishing second overall with 433 points, this was a true showcase of teamwork and dedication.

Thank you to all athletes, coaches, families, and schools for your commitment and support. Wiltshire can be proud.

Congratulations to all athletes who competed at the South West Championships on Saturday, it was a fantastic day for Wiltshire.

Selection for the English Schools team has been particularly challenging this year, with over 40 athletes achieving the entry standard, but only 32 places available. All selected athletes have met either the entry or national standard at the South West or County Championships.

Could all selected athletes please complete the two required forms as soon as possible to ensure that kit can be ordered and delivered in time. In addition, athletes must print and complete the Code of Conduct form (attached) and hand this in before boarding the coach.

• Wiltshire Kit 2026 – fill in and submit
• Code of Conduct – sign, date and bring with you
• Letter to Athlete – read

Wiltshire Team:

The South West Championships will take place on Saturday 20th June at Exeter Athletics Arena, Summer Lane, Exeter, EX4 8NN.

Entry Fee (SW Championships only):£20 (Note: your school may cover this cost, please check with your school).

Arrival Time: Athletes must arrive 90 minutes before their event at the Wiltshire Team Base.

Kit Requirements:

• Wiltshire vest (if you do not already own one, these are £25 cash).
• Black shorts.
• Safety pins for your numbers.
